Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to love your ELANE dress. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

Our Policy

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

How to Return

  1. Email us at hello@elanecollection.com with your order number and reason for return
  2. We'll respond within 24 hours with return instructions
  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging where possible
  4. Send the item back using a tracked service — we recommend keeping your proof of postage

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method.

Exchanges

If you'd like to exchange for a different size, email us at hello@elanecollection.com and we'll do our best to help.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
  • Items returned after the 14-day window
  • Items without original tags attached

Wrong or Faulty Items

If you received the wrong item or your item arrived faulty, please email us at hello@elanecollection.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we'll resolve it immediately at no cost to you.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked service as we cannot be held responsible for lost returns.
